Youngsters learn life skills

A RECORD turnout of 1,300 children from every junior school in the borough learnt life skills designed to keep them safe and healthy at the annual Junior Citizen scheme, held at Woking Football Club.

The event, offered free to all schools in the borough, is organised by members of the Safer Woking Partnership, and supported by Surrey Fire and Rescue, Surrey Police, Woking Borough Council, Woking Football Club, UK Power Networks, British Transport Police and Freedom Leisure.
