Evolution is key to McLaren career growth

THE unprecedented sales growth of McLaren Automotive’s luxury, high-performance sportscars and super-cars has led to a relatively new area evolving within what is Woking’s most high-profile employer.

While headlines focused on last year’s record sales of 3,340 cars that included the newly launched second-generation 720S Super Series and the 570S Spider, McLaren Automotive saw that success reflected in the growth of its Aftersales function, created just three years ago and which has grown from a team of 37 to 57 over the last three years.
