Come and visit Horsell’s own mini-festival, the Picnic on the Green opposite The Cricketers on Horsell Birch on Sunday, 16 August, from 12 to 4 pm.

The free event is a great way to relax on a village green chatting to friends and enjoying fabulous music in the holiday spirit.

There are games for children, with old favourites including hook the duck, the human fruit machine and make your own paper plane, plus little challenges!

Music is by Lost in Surrey, Surrey Ukeaholics, Almac Bisley Brass Band and Bluestone Bills.

Mr Sher of Umaid will be selling ice creams and The Cricketers selling Pimm’s.

Bring your own picnic or enjoy a meal in The Cricketers. Parking is limited so come on foot or park nearby.
