IN THE wake of the earthquakes that devastated Nepal in 2015, Woking District Rotary Club has joined Rotarians in that country in an ambitious three-year project to support 19 schools.

The earthquakes killed thousands of people and much of Nepal’s wrecked infrastructure has still not been repaired. Woking Rotarians are working with Kasthamandap Rotary Club in the remote and under-developed Nagarjun Municipality, northwest of the capital, Kathmandu.
