The neighbourhood notification letter records “Any comments you wish to make must be in writing and may be submitted online, by letter or email ([email protected]) by 17 April 2026.”

At the other end of the scale, an application concerning a residential property in Sutton Green, PLAN/2026/0086, proposes “the siting of 60 ground-mounted solar panels”.
