Westfield slumped to a 4-0 defeat against Winchester City in their first home game of the season.
The Field were coming off the back of a decent 1-1 draw away at AFC Portchester, while Winchester City had put Egham Town to the sword 5-0 at home.
The opening half-hour saw both sides figuring each other out, with Winchester having the edge. This all changed however, when a ball clipped into the area by a Winchester forward deflected off a Westfield defender and went into the back of the net for an own goal.
Things went from bad to worse only six minutes later, when a good ball found Bradley Waters in space, who got past his marker and placed his finish into the bottom corner.
Winchester made it three in the 68th minute. A defensive mix-up saw the ball fall to Oliver Balmer, who cut it across the face of goal to Waters, who netted his second of the game.
The visitors scored a fourth when Scott Bungay drove into the box and fired into the top corner.
