Flamin Chicken, a takeaway at Flamin Chickenunit 10goldsworth Park Centrewokingsurrey was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Woking's 72 takeaways with ratings, 27 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
