Woking have signed central defender Rico Browne on a three-month loan from League Two outfit Walsall.
The 22-year-old defender joins the Cardinals to strengthen their defensive options on a three-month loan deal from the Saddlers.
“With Chin Okoli’s injury and the other injuries in our defensive unit, getting someone with Rico’s profile feels like a really good fit,” said Woking director of football Jody Brown.
“He’s a centre-back with relatively good experience, comfortable in a back four or back three, and can fill in at right-back if necessary.
“It’s important that, despite the catastrophic injury list we’re dealing with, we don’t panic and keep striving to improve the group.”
