Everest Spice Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 St Johns Roadst Johnswokingsurrey was given the maximum score after assessment on May 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Woking's 169 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 109 (64%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
