Couture label Vz Perfection by Vaishali will be returning to Woking in the coming weeks.

Founder and creative director Vaishali, fresh from presenting her latest collection, Prism, at London Fashion Week for an eight consecutive year, will have a pop-up at Victoria Place from 19 October until 10 January.

“Woking has always held a very special place in my heart,” Vaishali says. “I started and established my business from Woking, and no matter where I have gone I have always received incredible support and encouragement from the local community.

“My Woking clients over the years have meant so much to me. They have appreciated and championed my work, and I love the opportunity to celebrate that relationship.

“It is wonderful to be returning to Woking again with my work.

“There is also a particularly emotional local connection behind Prism. One of the most talked-about pieces, the blue denim coat features robins - Californian robins, hence blue and orange - and this is a very personal tribute to the late Robin Hoyle of Horsell, a much-loved local figure who was truly at the heart of the community.

“ I was very close to Robin and his family, and incorporating the robin into my work was my way of honouring his memory and celebrating the connection he had with so many people locally.”

Discussing the many inspirations behind her latest collection, Vaishali says: “In the way a prism transforms a single beam of light into a spectrum of colour, the collection explores the many facets of femininity through colour, movement, sculptural silhouettes and exquisite craftsmanship.

“Each garment brings its own mood and personality. Intricate embellishments such as Peacocks and Deer are delicate motifs, and the bold dragonflies and robins showcase the extraordinary patience and precision behind the couture craftsmanship.

“I believe that collection balances artistry with wearability, celebrating heritage and innovation.”
