The planning statement submitted in support of the application relates to “an area of 122.2 sqm within the existing building. No external alterations are proposed.

“The proposal will enable First Dance Studios to occupy part of the building as tenant. First Dance Studios is an adult dance, fitness and choir organisation with a focus on community wellbeing and inclusion.

“Heather Farm is a single-storey building off Chobham Road. The building accommodates a mix of uses, including gymnastics and acrobatics floorspace, café and storage. The application area is located centrally within the building, adjoining existing gymnasium space.”
