The sun shone on the Rotary Club of Woking-funded annual day for children with special needs at Mizens Railway in Knaphill. The children enjoyed train rides and played on bouncy castles, and the club also provided soft drinks, barbecue food and refreshments for everyone.
Ice creams were provided for the children and coffees and teas for adults.
More than 120 children attended, and along with parents, carers, helpers and volunteers there were 250 people on site.
Many thanks are due to JL Catering of Bisley, the Mayor of Woking, Cllr Rob Leach, Mizens Railway for their usual excellent job of hosting and providing drivers for the trains - more than 500 rides were provided - and all Rotarians and friends who attended and helped on the day.
