Woking have signed central defender Nathan Patten on a one-month loan from League One outfit Bromley.

The 19-year-old defender joins the Cardinals to add depth to the squad, while gaining an opportunity to continue his development.

“He’s a bright young defender, who is mobile, aggressive and decent on the ball,” said Woking director of football Jody Brown.

“He was one on our contingency list following the number of injuries to our defensive unit.

“When the opportunity to take him arose, we got a scout down for Bromley’s game against Coventry. Coupled with the work Craig Ross did on him, we were confident he could add depth and quality to our group.”
