Molly's Fish & Chips, a takeaway at 104a Hermitage Roadst Johnswokingsurrey was given the maximum score after assessment on July 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Woking's 79 takeaways with ratings, 38 have ratings of five and two have zero ratings.
