The Woking Car Show returns to the town centre next month.

Thanks to the continued support of Seymours and other sponsors, this popular family-friendly event remains free for visitors and exhibitors to attend and will deliver a welcome boost for town centre retailers.

Seymours Woking partner Zo Khan said: “We are proud to be sponsoring the Woking Car Show for a third consecutive year and are excited to see its return this September.

“At Seymours, we are passionate about supporting local events that bring the community together and showcase everything Woking has to offer.

“The Woking Car Show continues to go from strength to strength, and I would encourage other local businesses to get involved and make the most of the increased footfall in town that day!”

The Seymours Woking Car Show will take place on Sunday, 20 September between 11am and 4pm and vehicle owners can apply now to exhibit their rare, unique or interesting rides for all to see.

Car show organiser, Terry Fox from Horsell, said: “This is our fourth event, and the pressure is on to top the success of previous years, but we are up for a challenge and promise to deliver a thrilling day with something for everyone.”

Terry’s own vehicle, a 1950 Chevrolet pick-up, will be on display, alongside a curated selection of sleek supercars, modern classics, hot-rods and custom builds, which will fill the pedestrianised parts of the town, stretching from Victoria Square, down Commercial Way and into Jubilee Square.

As in previous years, Bumblebee, the walking, talking, Transformers robot, will watch over the event.
