VILLAGE organisations will benefit from nearly £7,000 raised at the West End Village Fete on Saturday.
The annual event had the theme Horrid Histories for its parade, which featured entries from children’s organisations based on the popular illustrated history books.
Winners of the best in show prize were the West End Tarzan Beavers in the guise Ruthless Romans.
