Make your voice heard

CHARITY Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNID) are inviting people in Woking with any degree of deafness or tinnitus to join a research panel and help influence their work.

Panellists will have regular opportunities to take part in the UK’s largest hearing-loss charity’s research projects by completing short surveys and through interviews and focus groups.

Evidence gathered through the research will inform Action on Hearing Loss’ policy, services and campaigning work for a world in which hearing loss doesn’t limit or label people, and tinnitus is silenced – a world in which all people value and care for their hearing.

Director of Policy and Campaigns at Action on Hearing Loss, Roger Wicks, says: “We’d be grateful if Woking residents would get involved in our panel, which we hope offers a great opportunity to feed in their first-hand experiences of hearing loss and highlight everyday issues that will help shape our future work, supporting those who are deaf, have any hearing loss or tinnitus to live their lives fully.”

FOR more information or to get involved in the research panel, interested parties can complete a short questionnaire at or email
