WOKING mums are being offered fitness classes in which their babies and toddlers are included in exercises.
The sessions, at Woodham Church Hall, are intended for new mums who want to get fit and want to stay with their children at the same time. Babies join in by acting as weights in exercises such as squats and bicep curls. At other times the babies are put on a central mat while their mums exercise around them.
The classes are being run by Woking mum Dora Szentivanyi , who was not satisfied with traditional baby and mother yoga classes and wanting more intense workouts but couldn’t afford childcare while going to the gym.
