WOKING needs investment from development if it is to continue to move forward. That was the message from Ray Morgan, the borough council chief executive, at a residents association meeting last week.
Mr Morgan spoke passionately about the plight of young people in the area being unable to get on to the property ladder because of very high prices.
He appealed to the members of the Byfleet, West Byfleet and Pyrford Residents Association to think about future generations when considering changes being made.
